step 1 home visit and free market appraisal

Our local agent will visit your home to carry out a free market appraisal and discuss your pricing options for the marketing of your home. if you decide to proceed we will measure up, take photographs and prepare the floor plan.

 step 2 property details completed for your approval

Our admin team will then prepare your property details and select the best photographs. We initially upload the details to the house2market website for your approval. We will then make the changes you request to ensure you are entirely happy with the way we are presenting your property.

 step 3 your property is uploaded to the property portals

Once you are happy, we will upload the property to the major property portals including Rightmove, Prime location, Globrix, Find a property, as well as other local and national websites. We can provide reports from the property portals to show how many people have viewed your property online and have downloaded the details.

 step 4 we manage your sale from offer to completion

When a client expresses an interest in your property we will contact you to arrange a viewing. After the viewing we will provide you with feedback and negotiate any offers . Once a sale has been agreed we handle all of the usual paperwork and manage the sale through to completion. We can also offer discounted rates from our preferred solicitors.
